By paying for this trip, I am giving permission for my child to ride the school bus, participate in trip activities, and eat the meal purchased from the zoo. I have read, understand, and agree with the details and rules posted on Google classroom regarding the trip.  I consent to first aid or emergency treatment for my child in my absence.
